Update v18072023 — Score & Balance Fixes

From the changelog archive — imported from the development board, the shipped changes for this version as they were written at the time.

  • Fix syntax error of defences not manning (they are now manning instantly too, instead of running from barracks)
  • Add more advanced score counting system
  • Destroy supply points in a base area when it's dead
  • Restrict using heal/repair function if it's price is 0
  • Lower bounty modifier from 7 to 4. The kill reward is now 100 + 4 * (score)
  • Fix repairing structures
  • Add ICBM warning sound back
  • Enable tablock for shilka
  • Fix HindP mags missing (added from 250 to 750rnds)
  • Increase stryker MC price
  • Replace LAV-25 starting vehicle with Pandur (better counterpart for BTR-90?)
  • Raise AI limit from 12 to 14
  • Add RPG-7 soldiers back to cherno town depot
