By playing on the server you accept these rules, including the ones on Discord. Admins can make temporary calls about what's allowed; the server admins make the final decision.
Server rules
- Admins can make temporary decisions about what's allowed and what's not. Server admins make the ultimate decision as soon as possible.
- Admins are responsible for their decisions and actions.
- You accept the rules (including the ones listed on Discord) by playing on this server.
- Veterans are advised to help new players learn the game.
- Limit unnecessary interaction in global chat. If it gets out of hand, admins can take action and hand out bans for everyone who took part. Focus on playing the game — most of the time there's something you can do, even while dead.
Additional rules
- Missile usage is restricted to situations where you have direct line of sight to the target. Exploiting game mechanics to glitch missiles is strictly prohibited. Lofting is permitted only when: you're behind a hill but still have direct line of sight; you have a height advantage that lets you see the target behind an obstacle; or both you and the target are near obstructions like a treeline.
- Factories with spawns must have an entrance accessible on foot.
- Base structures and the HQ must be completely visible — they must not touch any building or rock, and must not be placed in terrain.
- Stacking (strong players joining the already-better team) is not allowed. Veterans should check the live status before joining and pick a side based on the current score and veteran counts. Abusers are visible in the logs and will be banned.
- Cheating and hacking lead to an instant permanent ban.
- Admins must not use alt nicks — they use the nick listed in BEC.
- Veteran players must use the nick they're best known by on the server. If in doubt, ask the server host.
- Stacking base structures on top of other base structures is not allowed — place them separately.
- Teamkilling the HQ is never allowed.
- Nicknames with special characters are not allowed.
- Spamming unguided rockets from any vehicle while rearming is not allowed.
- Political extremism is not allowed.
- As commander, do not end games just because you're behind — especially when your team doesn't agree.
- Duping supply-run missions is not allowed (monitored regularly; exploiting it earns a ban).
- Artillery pieces must not be enclosed individually by walls. A perimeter wall around a cluster of artillery is fine.
- Repair-truck construction menus (excluding MHQs) must not be used while airborne. Exception: a repair truck lifted by a helicopter but near ground level may use it. You may not place minefields from an airborne repair truck.
- Exploiting bugs without reporting them may result in a ban — this includes any use of game bugs for an unfair advantage.
- Artillery clusters must have an entrance, like production factories.
- Exploiting to drop GBUs from very high altitudes is not allowed. Using vanilla mechanics to lock a laser target with the Reveal-target keybind (right-click by default) and dropping slightly above 3 km is allowed.
- The HQ may only be deployed while the commander is standing on the ground — HALO-ing from an MV-22 or Mi-8 and deploying in the air is prohibited.
Discord community rules
- Follow Discord's Terms of Service.
- Follow Discord's Safety Policies.
Failure to follow these may result in a ban or other disciplinary action.
How the mission supports the rules
Some rules are backed by mission-side checks and logs. This does not replace admin judgement, but it means abuse is often visible after the fact.
Team stacking: the mission includes AntiStack and teamswap tracking. Veterans should still check the live server status before joining and pick the side that keeps the round fair.
Guided missiles and bombs: the mission has code to block exploit-style terrain masking and very high-altitude guided-bomb abuse. Normal tactical use still has to follow the line-of-sight and altitude wording above. Do not try to bypass the restrictions; if something feels like an exploit, ask first.
Supply runs: duplicate supply-run abuse is monitored. Run supplies normally, and report anything that seems broken instead of repeating it for advantage.
Supply interdiction: destroying a loaded enemy supply vehicle — truck or helicopter — and claiming a share of its cargo is a legitimate tactic, not an exploit. Hunting enemy logistics is fair play.
Recent changes
