The full site rebuild announced this morning is no longer "in design" — it shipped today, end to end. The whole thing was built from a complete design handoff prepared with Claude: pixel-accurate page comps for every section, the vehicle blackout art set, the motion specification, and the ops-console design language the site now runs on. Here is what that turned into.
The Command Center, rebuilt
/stats is now the full eight-tab console from the design comps: Overview, Leaderboard, Commanders, Rounds, Factions, Balance, Performance, Records.
- The front line is live — town control updates every 30 seconds, with a round clock ticking in the header. In CONSOLE mode a T-90 rides the bar at the exact front position and slides as control shifts.
- Tactical detail is deliberately delayed 15 minutes for everyone who isn't an admin. Live posture and massing points are a wallhack for whoever reads them; the full live feed moved behind the admin login.
- Charts are pure CSS with staggered grow-in, and every axis carries its numbers and units. The scope curve — FPS against army size, per build and map — kept its full interactive explorer in the Performance tab.
- A CONSOLE / ANALYST toggle strips every decoration and shows raw numeric labels, for people who want the data and nothing else.
- Widgets that need telemetry the mission doesn't emit yet say so honestly:
// AWAITING TELEMETRY. Nothing on the page is faked.
The Upgrade Tree
The V48 research tree is now an interactive reference under Guides: all 22 upgrades with their real supply costs, research times and prerequisites, straight from the mission source — click any node for the per-level breakdown, and check the early-order strip if you're new to commanding.
Vehicles on the lines
The blackout vehicle art from the design handoff now lives across the site the way the comps intended: silhouettes ride the horizontal rules, and a rotating pool of twenty-one vehicles — T-55 to C-130 — crosses section breaks at random intervals with the Brand Intro's dwell pacing. All of it disappears in ANALYST mode and under reduced-motion settings.
After-action reports, as cards
Round results now render as a 1080×1920 after-action card — winner band in faction color, key events timeline, losses by class with vehicle art, final front line — posted to Discord by the bot alongside the report embed. Card backdrops rotate per round from the handoff's art set.
Admin
The admin area got the Command Center treatment plus real function: a live round clock in the admin bar, an undelayed war-room strip on the dashboard, and — per the design's visibility system — every public stat widget can be toggled on or off from one panel. Typical use: hide the front line during tournament rounds so streams can't be scouted.
The pipeline behind it
Round telemetry now flows automatically: the server's round-end record and the AI commanders' per-round snapshots (strength, efficiency, funds, teams fielded) are collected every ten minutes and land in the Rounds and Commanders tabs. The first rounds recorded under the new pipeline will appear as they finish — history builds from here.
Found something broken? Discord, as always. The war room is open.
