Name tags with crew counts and vehicle kill tallies

Friendly AI soldiers and vehicles get name tags with crew counts, and vehicles show how many kills they have. You can hide the AI name tags in Settings.

- Kill tags go from amber to white-hot as the count grows - Never shown on enemies

Sources: 91, 89.4, 89, 1.1 | WFBE_C_TAGS / WFBE_C_TAGS_AI (owner: default OFF); the kill tag is a sibling of WFBE_C_TAGS_AI. A disabled toggle of the kill tag once caused a boot-killer crash in the fork.
