Let the side holding Khe Sanh Charlie launch SCUD strikes?

Charlie carries a SCUD launcher. Its owner can order a strike from the Tactical menu: $25,000, 5-minute cooldown, a barrage of HE, top-attack bombs and white phosphorus over a 300 m zone. The enemy gets no warning.

- On the main server today: no SCUD.
