Add three capturable Khe Sanh carriers off the east coast?

Three LHD carriers become capture points at sea: Khe Sanh Alpha (north-east), Bravo (south-east) and Charlie (off Skalisty). They start in resistance hands; you capture one like a town, with its camps on the flight deck.

- On the main server today: there is no objective at sea.
